Orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery.\nIf 30 or more days have passed since the delivery of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns for new and unworn items. If you have used your Pampas or worn them outside, we cannot accept a return as we cannot restock and sell a worn (or even slightly worn) pair.
