Returns and changes
We offer free return shipping for domestic orders. Orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
If 30 or more days have passed since the delivery of your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT:
We only accept returns for new and unworn items. If you have used your Pampas or worn them outside, we cannot accept a return as we cannot restock and sell a worn (or even slightly worn) pair. Each pair will be carefully inspected upon return to ensure quality.
Return policy for international orders
We do not offer free return shipping for customers outside Italy.
International customers are responsible for shipping the return or exchange at their own expense. For an international exchange, you will be charged the shipping cost of the new item, but you must first return the original order to us.
